Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems and refers unresolved issues to the Supervisor and/or vendor as needed. Will assist with training end-users on the EHR. Must be self-directed and able to work autonomously in a professional and productive manner. Will require travel 1-2 days a week. Will mostly be at one center location. Will assist and support system upgrades and implementations by education end-users. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Answer application functionality questions from managers and clinical staff. Being able to assist over the phone, video or in person. Create and maintain user accounts in the EHR. Create and modify specific sections in the EHR (Immunizations, flowsheets, orders, etc..).
