Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist to join our Finance team. This role will focus on budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting across multiple business units. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with large datasets, understands management accounting principles, and can translate numbers into meaningful business insights for stakeholders. Purpose of the role: You will play a key role in supporting the financial planning and analytical processes by ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting across multiple business units. By analyzing financial performance, monitoring key business drivers, and providing clear insights into variances between actual and planned results, you will contribute directly to effective decision-making and the overall financial health of the business. In addition, you will support monthly closing activities from an FP&A perspective, develop and maintain financial models and planning tools, and participate in the preparation of ad hoc analyses and management presentations.
