Your Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Coordinator for the Kelowna office. Join an energetic and community-driven team. This position at Stantec plays a vital role in providing administrative support in a variety of areas for the office. This is a full-time in-office role, Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm. Your Key Responsibilities:  Your Capabilities and Credentials - Greet guests, including clients, contractors, and suppliers. Support office workflow and hotel station usage. - Schedule meetings, book meeting rooms, handle any special requests, set up and clean up of meeting rooms. Organise catering for meetings. - Prepare outgoing mail (create mailing labels if required) and handle shipping and receiving for couriers. - Manage active directory of Kelowna staff. - Effectively communicate with internal staff and external clients, contractors, and suppliers through email, phone, and Teams messaging. - Provide staff with new and replacement access cards/keys keep inventory of assigned cards. - Code, scan, and send invoices. - Maintain office, printing, and kitchen supply and inventory. - Manage general tidiness of office space, kitchen, and common areas. - C...
