About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for implementation of corporate color assessment programs and providing technical support and training to product development teams and vendors relating to color quality issues. You will lead a small team of specialists and be accountable for an extended geographical area with multiple vendors and categories. What You'll Do Develop, refine and ensure implementation of color process, operational management & systems usage Monitor mills/vendors performance to ensure compliance to Corporate color standards & provide color approval on Lab dip & Bulk Provide empowerment training to mills/vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance to Color SOP, guide equipment calibration & maintenance management Partner with Brand Color team on color standard development/distribution; Responsible for end results of team and shares responsibility over resources, budget and adherence to policies Identify opportunities to trial and evaluate new color technologies & devices in the market Provide technical advice to internal stakeholders in Product Development, Quality, Product Integrity & Fabric teams regarding Color standards and quality Resp...
