Description FLEET & WAREHOUSE MANAGER About the Role: The Fleet & Warehouse Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for multi-site warehouse operations and company-wide fleet management. This role is fully accountable for the safety, efficiency, compliance, cost control, and continuous improvement of our Fridley, MN and Columbus, OH warehouse locations, as well as all fleet vehicles, equipment, and supporting infrastructure across the organization. This position leads people, processes, assets, and vendors while driving a culture of accountability, safety, and operational excellence. $70,000 - $90,000 Per Year Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Operations: - Own end-to-end warehouse operations for both locations, ensuring aligned processes, standards, and performance expectations - Establish and enforce SOPs for receiving, storage, picking, staging, shipping, and material handling - Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, root cause analysis, and corrective actions - Maintain optimal warehouse layout, space utilization, and material flow - Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction Fleet Operations...
