Job Description Summary The Site Infrastructure & EHS Leader – Strother is the senior leader accountable for creating and sustaining a safe, compliant, and highly reliable operating environment for the entire facility. This role integrates EHS, Maintenance, Security, and overall site infrastructure under one leadership umbrella to ensure the site can meet current production needs and future growth objectives. Job Description: The Site Infrastructure & EHS Leader – Strother is the senior leader accountable for creating and sustaining a safe, compliant, and highly reliable operating environment for the entire facility. This role integrates EHS, Maintenance, Security, and overall site infrastructure under one leadership umbrella to ensure the site can meet current production needs and future growth objectives. This leader owns the majority of the Strother capital budget and is responsible for planning, prioritizing, and executing large, complex infrastructure and facilities projects.
