Job description

The Commercial Skills & Training Manager is responsible for planning, “globalising”, and executing, once certified, global commercial skills and training programs for Fresenius Kabi’s commercial organization. The role focuses on building sustainable commercial capabilities, ensuring that field and commercial teams are equipped with the required attitude, skills, and knowledge, and that these are translated into observable and improved daily behaviors required to deliver value‑based, customer‑centric outcomes aligned with Fresenius Kabi’s global Commercial Excellence strategy.
