About the Role: Are you interested in discovering how people management works within a large industrial organization? Join our team in Pozzuolo Martesana for a 6-month curricular internship and gain hands-on experience within Ferrero’s Operations environmen t, supporting workforce management and recruitment activities. During this internship, you will work alongside the team responsible for coordinating the workers’ population within the Pozzuolo Martesana plant , while gaining exposure to broader People & Organization processes in a multinational company. You will have the opportunity to understand how recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning support the operational needs of a large manufacturing site and contribute to the management of both blue-collar and white-collar hiring processes.
