Role Overview Sodexo is seeking a dynamic Food Operations Manager to join our food service team at Neshaminy Manor in Warrington, Pennsylvania . Neshaminy Manor is a 360-bed sub-acute/skilled care facility providing short-term and long-term care in the heart of scenic Bucks County, Pennsylvania. We’re looking for a resident-focused professional with experience in both front and back of house dining operations. Typical shift is 7:30am - 4:30pm, may vary with one weekend a month coverage. What You'll Do: handle ordering and inventory; - oversee food production and timeliness of service; - ensure food quality, temperatures; - exceed Sodexo standards for Gold Checks and achieve successful regulatory inspections and audits; and/or - perform functions that include direct supervision of hourly associates including employee development.
