This role collaborates with business and IT teams to analyze workflows, resolve complex issues, and implement system improvements that support efficient and regulatory compliance. Independently manages the configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of assigned Epic modules. Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues, document solutions, and share lessons learned with colleagues to strengthen team knowledge.
