Sureserve Compliance South, delivers heating services within the social housing sector across London & the South East. We support our clients across domestic gas, commercial gas, renewables, and electrical services. We are London’s largest, most successful gas contractor, focusing on long-term contracts with our clients to offer our staff job security and progression opportunities. Role: We are looking for part-time employees to work a 3 on 3 off shift pattern. The weekly working hours will be 10 to 15 hours a week, covering the hours of 5pm to 8.30pm Monday to Friday and 5-hour shifts between the hours of 8am and 10pm Saturday and Sundays. The role of our Out of Hours Contact Centre Agent is to act as the main point of customer contact for servicing and responsive maintenance during out-of-hours periods.
