As the Floating Maintenance Technician, you will support our Barrington Park Apartments in Manassas, VA and Fairfax Square Apartments in Fairfax, VA . Monday-Wednesday will be spent at Barrington Park Apartments and Thursday-Friday will be spent at Fairfax Square Apartments Under the direction of the Property Manager and Service Manager for the property, the Floating Maintenance Technician is responsible for general maintenance, repairs in apartments and buildings, maintaining curb appeal and quality of apartment homes, responding to resident service requests, and adhering to all safety policies. Requirements: The Floating Maintenance Technician must maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, contractors and fellow employees.
