What you’ll be doing As a Bartender at The Broadcaster, you’ll: - Craft and serve a wide range of drinks, from pints and cocktails to wines, spirits, and hot drinks. - Welcome and engage with guests at the bar, making recommendations and creating a positive atmosphere. - Adapt to the day’s needs whether that’s supporting service in our dining room, keeping the rooftop buzzing, or helping deliver one of our many events. - Rotate stock, change kegs safely, and record wastage accurately. - Keep the bar clean, organised, and well-stocked, following opening and closing procedures.
