The Operations Technical Trainee Manager will be responsible for leading and managing team of operators to build quality products, drive continuous improvement plans and resolve personal and technical problems quickly. Responsibilities: Manage daily work functions to ensure the achievement of daily business goals. Coordinate internal and external training, and coach/manage manufacturing operators to ensure that desired performance is achieved, and all operating standards are adhered to. Ensure compliance with safety and professional standards within a facility. Ensure training and development plans for employees to follow the company policy, maintain a high level of quality and safe working environment and follow ISO 9001 & 140001 standards.
