Responsibilities: Lead and manage event staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance to ensure efficient operations. Collaborate with event planners and clients to understand event requirements and objectives. Oversee the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring all equipment and materials are in place and functional. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery and quality of services. Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise during events, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
