As a senior leader within our Engineering Services team, you will help drive strategic growth, strengthen client partnerships, and oversee the successful delivery of high‑impact infrastructure projects. Your Role: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and market share in the engineering services sector. Business Development: Maintain a highly visible market presence across the region. Lead strategy development and execution for the business/division to deliver on market growth in both volume and profitability, incl. size growth potential, target priority segments, define the Go-to-Market approach including pricing policy. Steer the BU / Division sales funnel. Oversee bids with budget over $5m: craft bid strategy, make Go-No Go decisions and validate offers, challenge delivery set-up (incl. GTC share).
