TEAM LEADER RIVERSIDE DISTRIBUTION CENTER – BELCAMP, MD: COTY is looking for smart leaders who are fast and passionate. The 1st shift Team Leader is responsible for delivering operational measures (Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Cost) and people management responsibilities. This person has direct leadership responsibility for the 1st shift operation. Delivering critical measures of throughput/productivity, service, quality, safety and people responsibilities. This person will work closely with and have a direct reporting relationship to the Senior Manager.
