This role serves as a culture and change strategist to advance the practice of professional nursing, integrating the core concepts of the Professional Practice Model into the care delivery system, and elevating the practice of nursing through all applicable initiatives as outlined below. As the organization's site coordinator for nurse-sensitive quality indicators and the survey coordinator for nursing satisfaction survey, this role collaborates with the Market and Site chief nursing officers, shared-services Nursing Excellence team, and quality analytics teams in the collection, analysis, and dissemination of nurse-sensitive outcome data and nurse satisfaction survey results.
