Role Overview We are recruiting a Van Driver to join our Coulsdon team. This is a customer-facing, branch-based role responsible for delivering goods to trade and retail customers, assisting with loading and unloading, and representing the company professionally at all times. The successful candidate will be reliable, safety conscious and adaptable, able to work as part of a busy team to ensure timely, accurate and safe deliveries across the local area. Key Responsibilities: Drive company vans to deliver materials to customers’ sites, following job sheets and instructions from the Transport Supervisor. Ensure all loads are properly secured for transit using straps, tarpaulins and other appropriate restraints to prevent damage. Load and unload goods safely at branch and customer sites, assisting customers and colleagues where required. Plan routes to meet delivery schedules and customer time windows, communicating promptly with the transport office regarding delays, traffic or site restrictions.
