Your next opportunity With our large, nationally dispersed workforce at Boral, we deploy Chris21 and UKG/Kronos Time and Attendance systems. An opportunity has arisen for a UKG System Specialist to ensure the UKG/Kronos system correctly reflects business requirements and operates with high performance and availability. The role will extend to assisting with system configuration, setup and maintenance whilst also providing ongoing support on system conversions, upgrades and enhancements. With a strong background in payroll and a natural continuous improvement mindset, you will be able to identify needs and create workable system solutions to improve and optimise the UKG system. Your day will involve: - Supporting UKG/Kronos system functionality, system and device administration - Exporting the UKG/Kronos timecards/approved shifts into Chris21 - Daily operational support for the UKG/Kronos system, including - Public holiday scheduling, creating hyper finds, leave delegations, maintaining leave approvers, starting and ending employment terms. - Creation, updating and testing of all payroll related data including pay rule creation, EA increases and salaried employee types - Ensuring al...
