Building Location: St Josephs Medical Center Department: 1008710 EH RADIOLOGY - EH SS Job Description: This senior operational leadership role oversees Radiology services across Essentia Health’s East Region, including St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Brainerd, Essentia Health-Virginia, Essentia Health-Moose Lake, Essentia Health-Sandstone, and affiliated clinics. Partnering closely with the Radiology Section Chair and hospital, clinic, and medical leadership, you will lead the operational, financial, and people performance of a comprehensive imaging program spanning CT, MRI, Interventional Radiology, Mammography, Nuclear Medicine, PET/CT, Ultrasound, General X-ray, and DEXA services. You will thrive here if you have led imaging or other clinical service lines across multiple sites, are comfortable operating in a matrixed environment, and enjoy building clarity, accountability, and operational rigor into distributed teams. Education Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology, Business, Health Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
