Schedule: Full Time: About Us - Rehabilitation Unit: Freeman Rehabilitation Services offers inpatient and outpatient occupational therapy in multiple locations Occupational therapists work with patients to improve their ability to perform tasks in living and working environments Occupational therapists use their expertise and knowledge to help with both recovery and adaptation Patients receive occupational therapy in a number of settings including acute care, home healthcare, pediatrics and work performance rehabilitation What You’ll Do: The employee is responsible for coordination of the admission process to the rehabilitation unit by performing the pre-admission screenings, reviewing appropriate clinical and financial information and communicating with the Medical Director in determining admission status. Communicates admission determination status with all referral sources and facilitates the admission of patients to the Physical Rehabilitation Unit.
