Prepare for collection disputes and/or errors by examining customer payments plans, payment history and credit lines. This position coordinates with the Finance department to ensure that the department is in compliance with the policies and procedures; this includes coordination with the Finance Director, Manager of Budget, and the Manager of Accounting. Responsibilities: Maintain client files, digital and hard copies, including credit applications, tax forms, and any other pertinent documents as required.
