Job description
Workface Planner In support of upcoming projects, Bird Construction is reaching out to market to identify candidates interested in the Workface Planner position. Reporting to the Construction Manager, the WorkFace Planner will work closely with the project manager and superintendent to plan activities at the WorkFace and ensure the achievement of the company’s objectives. This position is site based on a project site in Fort Saskatchewan, AB. What You Will Be Working On What You Will Be Working On Develop installation work packages (FIWP). Acts as a liaison between project controls and workforce supervision. Responsible to ensure all necessary resources are available prior to releasing a FIWP and monitoring control of the FIWP. Determining and coordinating resource requirements and liaising with resource coordinators. Establish a regular cadence and process for refreshing and refining workforce plans, roll-up & action plans with senior management. Implement the Construction Execution Plan.
