Role description: We’re expanding our Life Sciences & Research Cost Management team and recruiting a hands‑on Project Cost Manager to deliver laboratory, research and specialised science facilities for leading national and international clients. This role suits a Quantity Surveying professional who thrives on managing the commercial lifecycle of projects — from cost planning and procurement to on‑site cost control and final account resolution — across a mix of flagship and fast‑turnaround schemes.
