Here at GXO, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Shift Manager to join our Sainsbury’s team in Emerald Park, Bristol. As a Warehouse Shift Manager at our multi temperature site, you will be reporting into the Operations Manager and be responsible fo r managing and leading your own team helping to coach, motivate and engage them to create a great team culture with a strong work ethic. This is a full time, permanent position, working an any 5 days from 7 rotating shift pattern of 06:00 till 14:00 and 14:00 till 22:00. Pay, benefits and more: We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £43,885.95 per annum , plus a shift premium of £1,200.00 per annum and 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).
