Senior Engineer – Materials Testing

Overview Element has an opportunity for an Senior Engineer to join our expanding team. As a member of the operations team, the senior engineer position manages a variety of routine and non-routine testing projects within the department assigned and insures timely and accurate test results under minimal direct supervision. The senior engineer position must be proficient in a number of core business and technical skills including but not limited to compliance to established safety rules, code of conduct, and company policies and procedures. Salary: $70,000 - $120,000/yr DOE: Responsibilities: Manage the entirety of multiple biomechanical testing programs Provide technical and engineering leadership, and supports the development of new technologies within a local laboratory Be accountable for accurate and timely release of testing data to customers including sign-offs of quality control data as acceptable Be expected to obtain guidance in non-routine situation testing Have the ability to oversee standard and/or routine technical problem solving activities Interact with customers on technical issues and questions Provide Input and support on business development opportunities with new...
