Director Project House & Distribution Reporting Line: Reports to Country Manager Benelux Role Summary: The Director Project House & Distribution is responsible for leading the Project Management organization and the Distribution (logistics and supply chain) for Siemens eMobility Charging in the Benelux. This role holds end-to-end accountability for project delivery, distribution execution and governance, with a strong focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement. The director acts as a senior escalation point for critical delivery or logistical issues and engages teams through periods of high demand. Develop and implement a long-term vision and strategy for the department that aligns with Siemens eMobility overall mission. Draw up and monitor departmental budgets, KPI's and management reports to drive transparency and continuous improvement.
