Salary The salary range for this position is CAD $32.84/Hr. - CAD $41.35/Hr. Summary: Providence Health Care is accepting applications for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their harm reduction-driven team at Crosstown Clinic, the first clinic in North America to offer medical-grade heroin (diacetylmorphine) and the legal analgesic hydromorphone within a supervised clinical setting to chronic substance use patients, supported by an on-site pharmacy and an interdisciplinary care team composed of doctors, nurses, social workers and substance-use disorder counsellors. We also offer life-skills counselling, housing referrals and direction to legal assistance. The role: Reporting to the Patient Care Manager or Resident Care Manager and working in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing nursing care to an assigned group of patients/residents according to established policies and procedures and the Standards of Practice for the Licensed Practical Nurses of British Columbia.
