Job Description: WE’RE LOOKING FOR A PRODUCTION SCHEDULER POSITION LOCATION: FORT ERIE, ONTARIO: The Production Scheduler is responsible for developing and executing a Master Production schedule and generating the Production Schedule. In accordance with the manufacturing build plan that is driven by the S&OP level loaded against available capacity. The Production Scheduler will coordinate with Production Planners, Production Supervisors/Lead Hands, and Quality Inspectors to resolve and align on changes to the Production Schedule. Working with leadership, the Production Scheduler will be responsible for optimizing and standardizing current configuration of SAP and adapting new functionality to support manufacturing. This individual will be tasked with providing support to Manufacturing, Procurement and Quality departments with visibility on material, capacity, time booking, work order tracking, costing, master data maintenance and KPI data extraction. The Production Scheduler will be required to lead production meetings on MPS (Master Production Schedule) and WPS (Work in progress schedule) with a multi-functional group.
