Description The Systems Analyst will be the initial contact for IT related issues. The System Analyst will gather all necessary information about problems and conduct advanced troubleshooting routines to resolve issues. Unresolved issues will be documented along with troubleshooting routines completed and assigned to the proper IT specialist for review and resolution. Duties include answering, logging, and tracking IT issues, documenting tickets, and escalating issues appropriately; diagnosis and repair of hardware and software problems for Desktops and Network Components, Diagnosis of and recommendation for hardware and software issues related to servers and backbone network equipment, and in addition will support wireless and desktop Telecommunications equipment.
