We are recruiting a highly experienced Business Development Manager to join our APAC Business Development team, based in Sydney. The role: Working closely with partners and lawyers, you will focus on deepening and expanding key client relationships across a select group of practice groups and sectors in Sydney, the broader region, and globally. You will also play a pivotal role in identifying and delivering profiling initiatives that elevate Pinsent Masons’ market brand. As Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role driving strategic business development outcomes aligned to the firms APAC growth strategy. You day will include but not be limited to: Strategic Business Development & Revenue Support Prepare high ‑ quality proposals, bids, pitches, and credentials statements Develop and execute sector and group business development plans Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships across Asia Pacific Advise lawyers on client targeting, opportunity pursuit, and relationship development best practice Lead and support market ‑ facing profiling initiatives, including events, sponsorships, and thought leadership, ensuring alignment with stra...
