Senior Corporate Counsel

Job description

Overview As Senior Corporate Counsel you will work collaboratively with the rest of the company as part of our legal team to drive growth and ensure the company’s continued success. The majority of your work will involve supporting Origami’s Sales organization through commercial contract review and negotiation with existing and prospective clients. Additional responsibilities include reviewing and writing various internal policies, negotiating and managing vendor contracts, and contributing to broader legal initiatives. Starting base pay for this role is between $150,000 and $200,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs, training, location, and market demands. The base pay range covers both the Corporate Counsel and Senior Corporate Counsel roles. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
