Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Burgeon Hotel Group. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc. We are seeking a highly skilled, hands-on and experienced Chief Engineer to join our team. As a Chief Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our engineering department and leading a team of 4 engineers. Your role will involve maintaining the entire hotel facility, including physical building structure, all mechanical, electrical, H.V.A.C. systems and related equipment in accordance with energy conservation and preventative maintenance programs.
