About the Position: The Talent Acquisition Partner serves as a strategic partner to internal leaders and external clients, providing consultative guidance and data-driven insights to support effective hiring strategies. This role leads full-cycle recruitment efforts across high-volume programs, managing sourcing, interviewing, candidate qualification, and offer processes while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Partner also guides and supports recruiting teams and contributes to continuous process optimization within an RPO delivery model.
