Strategic Sourcing Manager, ASIC, Custom Silicon

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, business administration, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, with a focus on semiconductors. - 5 years of experience interfacing with and establishing relationships with executive management for suppliers and customers. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree or PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or a related engineering field. - Experience setting up manufacturing assembly processes, driving product launches and assembly process optimization within manufacturing operations. - Experience in technical leadership, project management, and executive communication. - Knowledge of the custom silicon landscape, including silicon processes, packaging technologies, IP, manufacturing, and software/application layers. - Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and quality standards.
