Perform skilled plumbing repairs on all liquid and gas transmission lines. Install and repair plumbing equipment and medical gas systems; performs preventive maintenance on plumbing equipment and medical gas systems. Performs the full range of journey level plumbing duties involving the installation of new plumbing, the repair of plumbing equipment and the maintenance of building facilities & equipment. The incumbent is responsible for meeting work schedules and service requests, by providing effective and efficient maintenance workmanship and leadership.
