The Dufresne Group is currently seeking a Manager, People Development within our Home Office located at 147 Commerce Drive in Winnipeg, MB. As a Manager, you are responsible for leading the strategy, design, and execution of enterprise-wide learning and development initiatives across Ashley, Dufresne, Home Office, and Logistics. This role partners closely with business leaders to build scalable development programs that strengthen leadership capability, enhance selling and service excellence, support team member growth, and build succession pipelines across the organization. This role oversees programs related to leadership development, onboarding, performance growth, competency development, career pathing, and talent readiness to drive employee engagement, retention, and long-term organizational success.
