Job description

Fleet Manager Trinity Solar is seeking an experienced and strategic Fleet Manager to oversee and optimize a multi-state fleet operation of approximately 500 vehicles. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring safe, compliant, and cost-effective fleet operations across multiple service locations while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage fleet operations across nine states and multiple service locations - Oversee a diverse fleet of light-, medium-, and heavy-duty vehicles - Develop and enhance preventative maintenance programs to maximize vehicle reliability and lifecycle performance - Analyze fleet utilization, downtime, and replacement cycles to support strategic planning and cost management - Ensure compliance with all DOT, safety, licensing, and regulatory requirements - Manage vendor partnerships, including repair providers, leasing partners, and fuel program administrators - Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial performance related to fleet operations - Direct accident response processes, claims coordination, and corrective action initiatives - Utilize telematics and fleet management syst...
