Responsibilities: - Team Leader role with Leadership experience – 3-year minimum - Woking Team Leader to mange 4–5-person team within the Coatings Department - Application of epoxy/urethane primer with airless paint pump. - Conventional spray pot experience with metallic and urethane paint – 5-year minimum - Knowledge of basic preparation of blasted steel to execute specific surface prep requirements - Trouble Shoot and Maintain Pumps (Airless) as well as HVLP guns and 2.5-gallon pressure pots. - Ability to achieve wet mill thickness and DFT readings of own workmanship - Read and understand work orders - Ensure and document that all coating is completed accurately and meets...
