Who You Are: As an Administrative Resident for Fairfax Radiology Centers, you are ready to take the theory you’ve learned in your Health Administration, Business Administration, or Public Health degree program and apply it in a practical setting, taking that next step to prepare you for a career in Healthcare Management. This is a full-time position (Monday – Friday) for 8 weeks over the summer, at our corporate office and our Imaging Centers throughout Northern Virginia. Projects: A major component of the residency will be departmental rotations. The student will be given assignments designed to give practical experience at various levels of the organization. These activities may include assisting in patient-facing operations, the collection of data to analyze problems of high organizational priority, or participation in the implementation of new initiatives. Rotations: The Administrative Resident will have the opportunity to work with the Executive Team and imaging centers. Projects and department rotations are based on need.
