JOB DESCRIPTION: Summary / Objective: - Bestway is currently seeking an experienced Sr. Director IT Operations to take responsibility for the oversight and management of the critical IT infrastructure within all Bestway store and office locations. The role will require expertise in systems and network administration, telecom management, software and hardware deployment, reporting, managing service providers and any other technology needs requested by the company’s leadership. Currently, this position reports directly to the Chief Information Officer. Essential Functions: o Including but not limited to: PCs, Servers, Printers, Switches, Routers, Modems, Inventory Scanning Devices, Credit Card Terminals, Receipt printers - Store, Home Office and Cloud Infrastructure Management - Working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Office-365. - Backup Monitoring and File Restore - Responsible for Disaster Recovery and Data Loss Prevention Planning and Strategy - Escalating Critical Issues to the CIO and/or managed service providers - Report Development and Maintenance - Ensuring timely delivery of reports to stores and OPS management - Requirements gathering and analysis for new repo...
