Job description

This is a multi-level posting. Candidates may be considered for any of the levels posted, depending on their level of experience and depth of expertise. This position manages the data maintenance process for relational databases and records systems used within the NNG Pipeline Facility and Operational Records department. This includes data from construction, ROW, Legal Regulatory, Environmental, Safety, Purchasing, Design, Engineering, Facility Planning, and Operations (maps and records databases). Acquires and analyzes design drawings, sketches, and photographs in order to create or update a project to "as-built" status. Provides records collection and analysis services for assigned projects to support the management of current and historical documentation, as well as adherence to relevant budgets, schedules, etc. Reviews and updates reports and other information to monitor the department's costs to service projects and makes recommendations to ensure costs remain within budget and on schedules.
