Job Summary: We are looking for a Production Lead that will assist the Supervisor in the direction of assigned work activities at their respective manufacturing site. As a working Lead, this position will instruct, direct, and inform employees on work to be performed; as well as continue to perform your regular job/work function and duties. Job Requirements: - Instructs and directs work activities of employees in assigned work areas - Keep close track of work in progress and regularly communicates with co-workers, Leads, Supervisors and Managers (as needed) - Aids in training and works with Supervisor and directs activities of all production personnel - Maintain a working knowledge of Company policies and procedures - Maintain an acceptable attendance record - Comply with all APP, Inc. safety ru...
