| Part Time | Pay:$11.50 Hourly | Schedule: Variable (Based on business needs.) | Weekly Earned Wage Access is an option for this position. Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Chili's Host provides a warm, welcoming greeting to our guests. You will responsible for providing a great guest dining experience. The Chili's Host will also ensure guests are seated promptly and provide a sincere and heartfelt thank you to each guest as they leave. You will report to the General Manager or Shift Lead. Requirements: - You will maintain a cheerful disposition and a neat, clean, and professional image. - Need proficient knowledge of the menu to explain our offerings to the Guests, inform them of current food promotions and specials, and answer my questions. - Greet guests and open the door for each Guest upon entering and departing. - Assess the guest demeanor and identify when behavior are called to the attention of a Manager. - Follow alcohol awareness procedures for identifying age, preventing intoxication, and dealing with intoxicated Guests. - You will bid farewell to guests leaving.
