Coordinates and reviews the work of security supervisors on all shifts to ensure a safe, secure, and productive environment. Leads, develops, counsels, and disciplines staff. Conducts periodic inspections to ensure compliance with security post audit, policies and procedures governing all aspects of institutional operations. Assists the Warden and Assistant Warden in long-term planning, and development of security and contingency plans. Interacts with institutional, regional, divisional, and departmental management, staff, visitors, inmates, and the public to maintain orderly and secure operations.
