Solution Engineer THE PROBLEM YOU'LL SOLVE: The deals that matter most at Vim don't come with a clear scope attached. They come with a strategic partner, a big problem, and an expectation that someone will figure it out. That someone is you. You'll define what gets built, align the teams that build it, and own the outcome. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Own the full solution cycle for Vim's most strategic partnerships - Lead technical pre-sales for strategic partners, shaping raw leads from senior leadership into structured, actionable solution proposals. - Map enterprise needs to platform capabilities, identifying where standard configuration ends and custom professional services begin. - Define solution scope and success metrics , prioritizing long-term partner value over quick wins. - Build technical assets that move deals forward — architecture diagrams, prototypes, and implementation plans that instill confidence. - Manage delivery from discovery through launch, keeping internal engineering, product, and partner stakeholders in sync across complex, multi-workstream projects. - Communicate across every level of the org — translating technical constraints for C-suite decision-makers and busine...
