They work under the supervision of a mental health practitioner and/or professional offering support and encouragement to help clients achieve greater independence and community inclusion. Essential Responsibilities: Provides services as outlined in the client’s treatment plan. Assist with daily living activities. Participate and/or lead activities, social skills training, and other interventions designed to promote client engagement. Provides a supportive presence, helping clients manage stress, cope with difficult emotions, and build positive relationships.
