Benefits: - 401(k) - 401(k) matching - Dental insurance - Health insurance - Paid time off Position Title: HVAC Technician: Reports To: HVAC Team LeadClassification: Non-Exempt Position Summary: To assist in achievement of the company's strategic objective and annual goals through the delivery of exceptional service and support reflective of Sensigreen Heating, Cooling, & Insulation (the Company) vision, mission, purpose, and values. Responsibilities: - Create a positive customer experience by completing the service correctly the first time with quality and care to applicable codes, to avoid refunds and recalls.• Mentor and develop apprentices under his/her care to achieve desired performance metrics.• Perform a thorough and accurate HVAC inspection including Health and Safety Checklist • Understand when to issue a "Lock Out/Tag Out" tag and the required follow-up steps.• When issues are identified, prepare a detailed finding report with pictures to discuss with the customer.
