What You Will Do: We are seeking a Corporate Tax Manager. In this role you will lead corporate, multi-state, and international tax functions for a multi-entity manufacturing organization, driving compliance, strategic planning, and process improvements across all tax areas. This role blends hands-on execution with strategic oversight, encompassing income tax compliance, ASC 740 reporting, tax planning, and audit management. The Tax Manager will collaborate closely with Finance, HR, Payroll, Operations, and Engineering teams, as well as external advisors, to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient tax processes. This hybrid on-site position is located at our headquarters in Oak Creek, WI. You will report directly to the VP of Finance. How You Will Do it: - Prepare and review federal, state, and international income tax filings for multiple entities, including quarterly estimates and extensions, and Form 5500 filings.
